Welcome to Team Lemonade, where every individual's diverse abilities shine. Our dedicated approach to skill development and community integration transforms lives, fostering self-confidence and autonomy.
Coming from a mother who has a young adult with Down Syndrome, Team Lemonade was created to become the support system that she wished existed when she needed help.
Our goal is to ensure each member achieves their NDIS goals, supported by our highly qualified and passionate team.

Born in 1991, Nathan was born with Down Syndrome and Autism. Having no idea what it was like to raise a child; let alone one with diverse abilities, Elaine and her husband struggled for over 30 years figuring out how to not only care for him but make sure that he was becoming the best man he could be.
Team Lemonade takes great pride in a better understanding of each diversity and empowering that ability. In doing so, delivering the visions and dreams of Elaine by working collaboratively alongside all our members in reaching their dreams and aspirations.
